Making a Positive Difference
At RamQuest, we believe our philanthropic investments should benefit the communities where we live and work, which is why we focus our giving and employee volunteerism in our local communities. GiveBIG is an ongoing initiative that combines the efforts of all Old Republic Title Tech teams to support local charities and non-profit organizations to Give Back to Ignite Good. RamQuest has supported numerous non-profits including 32 deserving organizations with our charity matching campaign, Christmas Cops, Feeding America, Habitat For Humanity, Minnie's Food Pantry, Children's Health Children's Medical Center and most recently, the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots.
During the 2023 holiday season, RamQuest supported Toys for Tots to provide gifts for disadvantaged children nationwide. RamQuest employees came together to donate more than 200 items to the organization.
Employee Recognition
RamQuest team members take time to recognize each other in formal and informal ways. From being named a quarterly Game Changer to receiving a purple star for going above and beyond, our team is an amazing bunch of rock stars that we are so proud to be a part of!
