RamQuest's FileScan Plus! is the document imaging and management application in our Total Solution and is the industry standard for scanning and image and document management. FileScan Plus!™ offers a wide array of features and benefits such as:

Completely manage scanned, attached and PaperlessCloser documents. Maintain complete control over documents that have been scanned or attached, including PaperlessCloser documents.

Attach any type of document. Any type of file or document may be attached to the application.

Automatic file management. Files are automatically managed as they are attached or imported into CD sized folders. Users simply make CD backups of each folder as is, eliminating manual management of files. FileScan Plus! also offers the ability to store files on an unlimited number of storage devices.

Microsoft SQL database structure. The database structure allows tighter integration, ease in future upgrades, and organizes data more efficiently.
Integration with Complete Closing security. Developed for tighter integration, the new application conforms to regional and branch security models from Complete Closing security.

Remote print capable. FileScan Plus! can be used in Terminal Server or Citrix network environments.

Drag and Drop Functionality. Drag and Drop Functionality. Drag and drop files into FileScan from Windows Explorer and most e-mail programs. Files are attached and viewable to anyone who is allowed access.  Additionally, drag a document or group of documents out of FileScan Plus and easily distribute or save in another location.

Instantly publish documents to the web. As easy as "point and click", you can quickly and effortlessly publish documents to PaperlessCloser for your authorized business partners to instantly view on the web.

E-Mail Multiple Documents. Attach and send a single or multiple documents to an e-mail, directly from the FileScan main interface.

Define Document Packages. Quickly send a user-named document package as PDF from CCE to FileScan.

Automatic E-mail Notification. Through an authorized party distribution list, alerts are sent when documents are published to Paperless Closer from File Scan Plus!

Keep files organized. This is easy to do by using an in-file folder system where you can create custom categories that fit your business requirements.

Streamline your business with a consistent naming convention. By using pre-defined descriptions for a quick scanning process; or type in a different description at the time of scan for files that do not fit the drop down menu.

Enjoy quick file identification. Buyer, Seller and Property description information is always displayed on the File Scan Plus! title bar.
