Plano, TX, October 17, 2008—RamQuest Software, Inc., announced today the introduction of a highly specialized team designated for advanced problem resolution.  This team, RamQuest/Rx, was developed in response to demonstrated need by the RamQuest user community and offers RamQuest customers a team of dedicated, high-level specialists.  This team has been put in place to ensure that title companies using the RamQuest software suite to its fullest capability and pushing business boundaries with the power inherent in the RamQuest solution are getting the precise assistance they need, when they need it. 

The RamQuest suite of products is a multi-faceted set of tools.  RamQuest customers have the unique advantage of being able to tailor their solution to meet specific business needs through configuration, adoption and implementation of the tools within the suite.  This offers clear-cut advantages to these customers in their respective markets but can also offer unique challenges.   To answer the need that these unique challenges present, RamQuest has developed a new team to provide highly-customized issue resolution for customers.
