1. Business Process Integration - (Two Days)
Description:
Two day course at RamQuest Headquarters, Plano, TX - One of the most critical steps in implementing the RamQuest Software Solution, this course is specifically designed for the key business decision makers within your organization. They will learn how to evaluate and optimize your current business processes in preparation for integrating them with the software tools and processes of RamQuest's Enterprise solution. This course is not intended for your IT staff.

2. User Training - (Two Days)
Description:
This is for the users themselves to learn Order Entry, HUD, Commitment/Policy and Check Writing.

Prerequisite:
None.

These same new customers then have the option of additional training for other applications within the RamQuest Software Suite. These training classes are also helpful to our existing customers. 3. RTF Doc Creation - (Full Day)
Description:
This course covers creation and customization of documents to be used with CCE.
NOTE: We recommend bringing your own USB "Flash" or "Jump" drive so you can take the practice documents back with you after training.

4. CC Report Writer - (Full Day)

Description:
This course covers creation and customization of reports to be used with CCE.

5. FileScan Plus - (Hourly)
Description:
This course includes instruction scanning in documents, associating documents with a file, managing those files and distributing them to outside parties.

Prerequisite(s):
None.

6. PaperlessCloser - (Hourly)
Description:
This course includes instruction on using PaperlessCloser and how it affects file tracking and orders within CCE.

Cost for Continuing Education

Cost for Plano, TX courses:

Business Process Integration = $650
(for 1-2 attendees, $495 for each additional attendee)

RTF and CCReports Classes = $400 per person, per class
Cost for Onsite Training Courses:

Weekdays = $995 per day, plus Trainer expenses

Saturdays are billed as time-and-a-half and Sundays are billed as double-time
Cost for Online Training courses:
$145 per hour – minimum of 1 hour



This training option has been designed to help you customize a course to meet your specific needs. Utilizing a phone and web connection, the course content will be an in-depth focus on the area(s) you request. This format will accommodate one training attendee per session.

The charge for each Custom Session is $130.00 per hour with a two hour minimum.






The 2008 Training Webinar Series is a monthly online seminar designed to offer our customers more in-depth training on specific topics. These classes will be geared to established users with a focus on basics and additional processes that can be used in each module.

The charge to attend is $125.00 per webinar and can be paid by Credit Card or invoiced upon completion of the webinar.

11. Standard Language

Description:
This Webinar is dedicated to the Standard Language Module. This Webinar will include discussion on entering in new language, setting defaults, color coding options, and packaging of the Standard Language for retrieval. You will have the opportunity to ask questions that can be answered during or after the webinar via email.

12. File Tracking and File Status Items

Description:

Description:
