 RamQuest Software, Inc. Reports its customers experienced no issues with their Title Production systems after the “Blackout of 2003”! 2003.08.22 - Plano, TX - RamQuest Software, Inc., the leading software solutions provider for the Land Title Industry, announced today that it had no reports of issues restarting RamQuest Software after the Blackout of 2003 and subsequent rolling blackouts. After polling most customers in the areas affected by the blackout, RamQuest was unable to find a single customer who was not able to simply restart their application, experienced a loss of data, any corruption of data, or any negative experience due to the sudden loss of power. “Restarting our network is NEVER a piece of cake, but RamQuest gave us no problems.” said Chris Lindegarde, Director of IT, Guardian Title & Guaranty Agency, Inc. “Yes we were affected by the blackout. We lost power Thursday that was restored early Friday morning. The server and software came back from restart without incident and no data loss.
