I am not one to make decisions quickly or without a great deal of thought, especially those decisions that would directly impact my business' day-to-day operations. To say I'm fiscally conservative would be a gross understatement. I am the kind of person who drives sales people crazy.

Because of all of the above and other factors, choosing the right software solution for my small but growing company was one of the most time-consuming and research-intensive tasks I have ever taken on. My primary concern in selecting a software product was that it be a solution for the long-term, not just a short-term patch for my challenges, which included geographic expansion, e-commerce and management reporting needs. After a truly exhaustive search and review process, we finally settled on RamQuest's Complete Closing Enterprise product, (which includes PaperlessCloser). I could not be happier with the decision.

In addition to all of the enhancements to our efficiency and productivity that were expected, I got some very pleasant surprises as well. My call volume has decreased significantly due to the built-in communication aspect of PaperlessCloser, my staff is more efficient and more accountable due to the file-tracking capability of CCE and my client base has expanded without any marketing effort on my part. The kind of service we've received has been truly top-notch and I, the skeptic of all skeptics, have become a very vocal advocate for RamQuest suggesting to every other title company I know that they should check out Complete Closing Enterprise!

Bottom Line - Complete Closing Enterprise is not the least expensive software around, but it is, in my opinion, the best. I didn't go out looking for cheap software. I went looking for a solution, and I found it.
