Frank Bolton, Vice President of Title Company of Denver, comments on Complete Closing Enterprise and PaperlessCloser.
Changing processing software:
Only a fool would change from an existing title processing system without
two or three compelling reasons. Our reasons were (1) we had to have an
open database system where we could add fields, write our own reports and
use industry standard database tools, (2) we had to have a system that allowed
us to rapidly add new forms that utilized the information in our database,
and (3) we needed a better and integrated method of delivering documents
and receiving information with our clients.
I believed we purchased and installed, downloaded and installed, or talked
with users of every major processing system currently being marketed. We
had even reached the desperation point of going through the entire design
phase of having the software custom developed before we saw a demonstration
of RamQuest’s Complete Closing Enterprise. The
same afternoon that it was previewed, we internally made the decision to
purchase the system. Complete Closing fulfilled reasons one and two
of our needs, and with the addition of PaperlessCloser, we resolved the
third need for a new system.
One cannot appreciate the ease of use of the system, nor its capabilities,
without either trying it or at least seeing a demonstration. Especially
in terms of instantaneously delivering documents to clients. With only one
instruction, I have people using the system for order input. With only a
few minutes of instruction, the entire staff was able to e-mail, fax, or
deliver documents via the web to all parties of a transaction, no matter
if it was only the mortgage broker or multi-buyers, sellers, attorneys,
and lenders.
My negative comment would be that there are so many options for customizing
the software, that it is easy to get lost in fine-tuning the product. Happily,
customer support is just that, “support”.
Sincerely yours,

Frank C. Bolton Vice President
