"Since I had more than 50 years worth of data in my old TitleWave plant program, I was very concerned about the transition to your Complete Plant program. I simply had no choice, because I wasn't getting any support from my old software vendor. I am very happy to report that your conversion was successful, seamless, and with no loss of data.

Equally important is the ease of using your Complete Plant program. The learning curve is practically non-existent. Within an hour after your training session, we were able to utilize Complete Plant every bit as proficiently as we used the old TitleWave program. My staff loves the data entry program, particularly the ability to type the data into a laptop computer at the courthouse and then download it into the network computer back at the office. Previously, when using our old TitleWave program, they had to dictate the terms of an instrument into a micro-cassette recorder and then listen to the cassette back at the office while they keyed the data into the computer.

I enjoy the flexibility and speed of queries. It's a great time-saver to be able to search a name as both grantor and grantee at the same time, and to be able to search for that name in the general, subdivision, and acreage indices at the same time. Under TitleWave, doing this involved six repetitious time-consuming operations. And Complete Plant provides so much more information on its runsheets than my old program did.

Every hour I discover some new feature about Complete Plant that makes my life easier. In short, I'm sold on your product and so is my staff. Complete Plant is everything you said it would be and more. You did everything you promised you would do and more, which was a pleasant surprise in today's business world.
