Mark McElroy, President and CEO
Mark McElroy began his career in Fortune 100 application development and technology deployment in 1984. He has since been involved in major application development and technology support for Healthcare, Wholesale Distribution and Technologies Consulting that have resulted in countless successful implementations helping businesses save millions of dollars in efficiencies. In 1993 he moved to implementing SAP in large multi-national companies and in 1996 became a partner in IT Services, Inc. where, as a key member of the executive management team, he helped grow that business to $40M in annual revenues by 2000. In May 2001, along with several other investors, McElroy purchased RamQuest. Since the purchase, under McElroy’s direction, RamQuest has more than quadrupled its user base and revenues. Paul Bandiera, Chief Strategy Officer
Paul Bandiera began his career as a Technical Project Manager and Consultant in 1992. He has since been involved in major software implementations and operational redesigns across a variety of industries including: Retail, Healthcare, Oil and Gas, Chemical, and Hi-Tech. Drawing on a multidisciplinary background that encompasses the full scope of business activities, Bandiera’s responsibilities have included consulting practice development, proposals and timelines for large-scale implementation projects, recruiting and managing staff, strategic partnership development, and general consultant practice management. In 1998 IT Services Inc., an SAP consulting company, brought Bandiera on board as Solutions Center Director. During his tenure, Bandiera led efforts to launch a profitable new business line centered on remote development and outsourced SAP support. In 2001 Bandiera formed a consulting and resource management company providing project management for a number of clients including RamQuest, Inc. Bandiera joined RamQuest on a full-time basis in 2002 and currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer.

Steve Terry , COO
Steve Terry began his career as an internal auditor for a bank holding Company in 1983. In 1986, he joined Coopers & Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers) where he advanced to a senior audit manager specializing entrepreneurial companies. In 1994, Terry joined Technical Directions as the CFO where he oversaw the company’s corporate planning, strategic forecasting, internal accounting, finance and information technology functions. He played a key role in five acquisitions by Technical Directions including strategic and operational integration of the combined businesses. In 2000, he was part of the management team that divested the Technical Directions from Affiliated Computer Services. Terry joined RamQuest in 2001 and has since served the company as Chief Financial Officer. Terry accepted the additional responsibility of Chief Operations Officer in 2005.
Additionally, Steve Terry holds a BBA with majors in Accounting and Business Management from Texas A&M University and is certified public accountant. |

Jon Allen, Sr Vice President Sales and Marketing
Jon Allen joined RamQuest in March, 2009, as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing. In this role, Allen will lead RamQuest’s nationwide sales, marketing and business development efforts, including engaging in collaborative consultations with RamQuest’s existing customer base to better enable this group to strategically use technologies to help improve their bottom line and strengthen business relationships
Allen brings to this role over 20 years of leadership and technical development experience. Allen comes to RamQuest from Oracle Corporation where he was responsible for sales and account management for a newly formed Oracle Insurance Global Business Unit (IGBU). Prior to his tenure with Oracle Corporation, Allen served as Vice President of Business Development for Hall Settlement Systems where he was responsible for sales, marketing and day-to-day business operations.
Before joining Hall Settlement Systems, Allen served as Vice President of Operations for a $34MM, nationwide title and escrow company where he was responsible for customer and partner relationships and the customer-facing title and settlement processing departments. Allen grew key client and account revenues in a down market through open communication, strategic service reviews, relationship building and leveraging new technologies. Previously, Allen was a knowledge and relationship strategies consultant where he provided change management and technology adoption expertise to support companies such as Microsoft, HP, Nortel Networks and Sprint as they transitioned to new ways of doing business. |
